About Us Absolutely Abruzzo is an Estate Agent in the city centre of Teramo,offering property for sale in Italy,in the heartland of the Abruzzo Region. We have been working in the province of Teramo for four years now and hope to have a selection of houses in Abruzzo that will sort all tastes. We do not compete within the cheaper market as we have found that these properties often hold severe problems for the buyer, not only in terms of the legality of the property and who is selling(how many owners),but often just the plain truth that the area has other risks or climatic conditions that would be detrimental to a sale if someone had that local knowledge.
For those of you that need accomodation we have a reasonable to good knowledge of the agriturismo in the area and can also suggest hotels in or around Teramo. We do not have any fixed arrangements with any particular place. We are always happy to give advice on routes and distances to arrive here in Teramo but again we are not travel agents and do not do guided tours ,airport pick ups or any other service outside the realms of an estate agent. We provide all the help that is needed to purchase a property here from that perspective and can even advise on works that might be needed, again we are not attached to any particular person in that sense and have learnt to choose the best local that is qualified to help in that sense. |
